Probably the best customer service I've had from anyone working on our home, ever. The crew was great, they cleaned up really well and even put our furniture back to make sure it was liveable when they weren't working, and the communication and updates were really thorough all the way through our project. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic experience with BEC Flooring! Craig, our project manager, was extremely professional and communicative throughout the process, making scheduling and coordination smooth and stress-free. His flooring and painting crews were punctual, respectful, and delivered high-quality work. They left the space clean each day and paid great attention to detail.

Our floors look amazing and the painting was flawless. I highly recommend Craig and BEC Flooring to any homeowner looking for reliable, top-quality service. We’ll definitely be using them again for future projects!

Had some water damage due to a tree that punctured my roof. They came by, gave me a solid estimate. Sand and refinish job. Worked with my schedule in getting the job done. Their installers took care with moving my furniture around and did a fabulous job…can’t tell we ever had water damage!! Highly recommend using them for your flooring needs!!

This place is a hidden gem and they have the most beautiful tiles. Ask for Eddie- superb customer service and education about products! Everything in the pictures came from Next-door flooring their Florida Tile is perfection if you like linen feel and look in the tile...I was not able to find anything like this anywhere. Superb quality- I remodeled 2 bathroom and have tiles and mosaic form them!

From the moment we embarked on our hardwood flooring refinishing project with BEC Flooring, it was clear we were in the hands of professionals who take pride in their craft. One of the first things that impressed us was the very detailed quote they provided. It meticulously covered every aspect of the project - labor, materials, and precise measurements, leaving no room for surprises.

The courtesy and professionalism of the BEC Flooring staff were exemplary. Each interaction, whether over the phone or in person, was handled with utmost respect and politeness. But it was not just their courteous demeanor that won us over; their punctuality and work ethic were equally commendable. The work crew arrived on time each day, ready to dive into the day's tasks, and worked diligently throughout the day.

Our home was treated with great care, particularly when it came to moving our furniture. The team was extremely careful, ensuring everything was handled safely. Furthermore, their meticulous use of plastic coverings throughout our home to minimize dust from sanding was a testament to their attention to detail and respect for our space.

What truly set BEC Flooring apart was their commitment to ensuring we were completely satisfied with our choices. When it came to selecting the wood stain, they applied several samples to the sanded floors, patiently helping us to choose the perfect one that we absolutely loved.

The quality of the workmanship was unparalleled. Having had our floors refinished a year ago by a different vendor, we were astounded by the superior quality of BEC Flooring's work. They went above and beyond our expectations, not cutting any corners, and delivering a result that was simply stunning.

In a post-pandemic era where we noticed that the prices of home renovation services had skyrocketed while the quality often plummeted, BEC Flooring was a breath of fresh air. Their work renewed our faith in the home renovation industry, proving that exceptional service and high-quality results are still attainable.

Their exemplary service, punctuality, meticulous care for your home, and superior workmanship make them a standout in the home renovation industry. BEC Flooring didn't just refinish our floors; they rejuvenated our home and exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended!
